1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DEEPRAPID ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DEEPRAPID is an AI-powered social media automation platform that enables users to manage, schedule, and automate social media content across multiple platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The Service includes features such as:

  • Automated content posting and scheduling
  • AI-generated replies, likes, and engagement
  • Social CRM and influencer targeting
  • AI-powered image and video generation
  • Multi-language content support
  • Multi-account management for agencies

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or post through the Service. By using DEEPRAPID, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated content created by DEEPRAPID is provided "as-is" and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all automated content before it is published. You agree not to use the Service to create content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Violates platform-specific terms of service

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

DEEPRAPID integrates with third-party social media platforms through OAuth authentication. By connecting your accounts, you:

  • Authorize DEEPRAPID to access and manage your social media accounts as specified
  • Agree to comply with all terms of service of connected platforms
  • Understand that platform policies may change and affect Service functionality
  • May revoke access at any time through platform settings

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions, content removals, or policy changes.

6. Subscription and Billing

DEEPRAPID offers subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period ends
  • Price changes with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

Free trials are available for new users. You may be required to provide payment information to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

7. AI and Automation Limitations

DEEPRAPID uses artificial intelligence to generate and manage content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require human review and editing
  • Automation features are subject to platform rate limits and policies
  • We cannot guarantee specific engagement metrics or results
  • You are responsible for all content published through your accounts
  • AI models may produce errors or unexpected outputs

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use DEEPRAPID to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Update features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice
  • Terminate accounts that violate these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPRAPID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DEEPRAPID, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEEPRAPID operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
