For Auditing Services and Web3 Tools

By using DEEPRAPID.AI's auditing services or Web3 tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply specifically to our audit services (AI Code Audit, Smart Contract Audit) and Web3 tools (Token Deployer, Snapshot, Airdrop, Token Locker, etc.).
Service Description: Our audit services include security analysis, code review, vulnerability assessment, and reporting for smart contracts and codebases.
Payment: Audit services require full payment upfront before work begins. We accept USDC, USDT, or credit card payments.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of audit services (analysis and reporting), all audit fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before we begin analysis, you may receive a full refund minus processing fees.
Report Delivery: Audit reports are typically delivered within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Reports are provided in PDF format and may include recommendations, findings, and security assessments.
Tool Availability: Our Web3 tools are provided "as is" and may be subject to maintenance, updates, or temporary unavailability.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
No Liability for On-Chain Actions: We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of our Web3 tools, including but not limited to transaction failures, smart contract interactions, or security breaches.
Tool Fees: Some tools may require payment for premium features or usage. Payment is required before access is granted.
Gas Fees: All blockchain transactions require gas fees, which are paid directly to the network. These fees are separate from any tool usage fees and are non-refundable.
Refunds: Tool usage fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues preventing tool usage, contact us for resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

No Guarantees: Audit reports are based on our analysis at the time of review. We cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified, or that code is completely secure.
Not Financial Advice: Audit reports are technical assessments and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
Ongoing Security: Code and smart contracts should be regularly reviewed and updated. An audit at one point in time does not guarantee future security.
Code Handling: For audit services, we securely analyze your code and delete it after report delivery, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Tool Data: Data you input into our Web3 tools may be stored temporarily for functionality. We do not store private keys or sensitive wallet information.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your projects, code, and business information, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Tools: All Web3 tools, interfaces, and related technology are owned by DEEPRAPID.AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any code, smart contracts, or data you provide. You grant us a license to use this content solely for providing the requested services.
Audit Reports: Audit reports are provided to you for your use. You may not redistribute or resell audit reports without our written permission.
No Warranties: Our services and tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Blockchain Risks: You acknowledge that blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to smart contract bugs, network congestion, and regulatory changes.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or tool. We are not liable for:
